RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Any request for return or refund will be processed when the same has been agreed to from our end as well, we would send you an email confirming that the product could be returned and the mode for it. Please note that ALKA AYURVEDIC PHARMACY is not responsible for damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 3 days of delivery. Any item for refund must be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase, to avail of an exchange or refund from our end. We do not offer any cash refunds and the amount would be credited to your bank account within 2 weeks after confirmation of refund from our end. Refunds will only be processed once the product reaches and is inspected by our team.
Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete. In no other case would a product be accepted for exchange or refund. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any discounted or used products. All returned items except damaged must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return/ exchange authorization number and in saleable condition. Postage will not be refunded.
If You Need To Return On Item, Simply Login To Your Account, View The Order Using The “Complete Orders” Link Under The My Account Menu And Click The Return Item(S) Button. Or Mail: alka.Pharmacy@yahoo.Com. We will Notify You Via E-Mail Of Your Refund Once We Have Received And Processed The Return Item.
You Should Expect To Received Your Refund Within Four Week Of Giving Your Package To The Return Shipper, How Ever In Many Cases You Will Received A Refund More Quickly. This Item Period Includes The Transits Time For Us To Receive Your Return From The Shipper (5 To 10 Business Days), The Time It Take Us To Process Your Return Once We Receive It (3 To 5 Business Days), And The Time It Take Your Bank To Process Our Refund Request (5 To 10 Business Days)
Which Products are not eligible for Returns?
Some Products Not Returnable or exchange like medicine, or related to personal care, baby care, food & nutrition, . if external use product like electronics or FMCG Or Clothes, Glasses, not consumable product it will be Returnable.
1. Products Not Eligible for Return – As per terms offered by all the sellers on the Platform, the products shall not be eligible for a return under the following circumstances-
a. If the item has been opened, partially used, or disfigured. The user is strongly advised to check the package carefully at the time of acceptance of products by the user from the user’s delivery agent;
b. If the product has been tampered with;
c. If the product packaging and/or packaging box and/or packaging seal has been tampered with. The user is strongly advised to check the package carefully at the time of acceptance of products by the user from the user’s delivery agent and it is emphasized that the user should not accept the order if the package appears to have tampered;
d. If it is mentioned on the product detail page that the product is non-returnable;
e. Any accessories/freebies supplied with the product are missing;
f. If the product does not have a serial number / UPC number/ barcode affixed, which was present at the time of acceptance of products by the user from the user’s delivery agent;
g. Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty;
h. The product is without original packing and accessories/freebies;
i. If the product is damaged due to misuse;
j. Products related to personal care, baby care, food & nutrition, healthcare devices, covid essential products including but not limited to masks and gloves, sexual wellness products including but not limited to condoms, pregnancy/fertility kits, any other products such as but not limited to diapers, health drinks, health supplements, glucometers, glucometer strips/lancets, health monitors, etc. Additionally, we do not take returns of certain items such as sexual wellness products, diapers, etc. However, the Company shall accept return if aforementioned products are defective, deficient or spurious or not of the characteristics or features as advertised or if they are delivered late.
2. Additional Note –
3.1 Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product detail page or items whose return window has expired cannot be returned. If such an item is indeed returned along with another returnable item, ALKA AYURVEDIC PHARMACY will disallow a refund or return of the “Non-Returnable” product to you when our partner licensed retail pharmacy verifies the returned item(s).
